Improvements

Of course the next day after you upload something you find bugs. If you go to http://code.google.com/p/jrm-code-project/source/browse/#svn/trunk/PStore you will find not only updated versions of the object-map and persistent tree code, but also a very primitive serializer and deserializer (using John Cowan's suggesting of read and write).
