Ill-formed problem

Person A and person B each pick a random real number in the interval [0, 1.0]

Q: What is the absolute value of the difference of their choices?

Although you can't predict a particular value, you can determine the distribution of values and be able to say “99 times out of a hundred, the absolute value of the difference will be at least .005”
